Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer shipping to customers located in the United States. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $70.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
We offer standard shipping via USPS and UPS. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but generally, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.
We only ship to physical addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
If your order is less than $70, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at clearlucent@gmail.com. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
