Refund Policy

At ClearLucent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 45 days of the purchase date, as long as the product is new and has not been opened or used.

To initiate a refund, please email us at hello@clearlucent.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is new and unused, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
