Plant Cell Culture Process

1. Sample sterilization and collection of plant tissue

After sterilizing the target plant, cut and collect some of its tissue

2. Induction of plant cells

Induce plant cells in a culture medium containing plant growth regulators

3. Selection of cell line

Find the composition of a suitable culture medium for cell culture and select healthy plant cells for subculture

4. Proliferation of plant cells

Subculture the selected cell line on a solid medium to obtain enough plant cells

5. Suspension culture in liquid medium

Put a sufficient amount of plant cells in a flask containing a liquid medium and culture them in suspension

6. Plant cell culture in a bioreactor

Culture plant cells in a 3, 5, 10, and 20 L bioreactor to prepare for large- scale production

7. Large-scale culture of plant cells

Culture plant cells on a large scale using bioreactors of 0.2, 0.5, or 1 ton capacity
